I believe that the concept of purpose has been distorted for many years, based on the idea that professional success is associated with a position in a BigTech company. For various socio-economic reasons, such as the pandemic, climate effects, wars, and social injustices, people have started to seek purposes more relevant to existence and have come to understand that success does not come from a position in a BigTech company, but from the relevance of one's work to society. This new perspective is part of the evolution of human consciousness.
